The hotel was excellent, and the location was perfect. Everything was great, and the staff were very friendly. My only suggestion is that the items in the room’s minibar could be complimentary, as this is often offered in high-end hotels. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fabulous location. I highly recommend this hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They have a large storage room for your luggage if you arrive early. My room was clean and air conditioning was very good. They have a wide selection at their buffet breakfast (22 €) and it was tasty and very good. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. There are some good restaurants near the hotel. I stayed an extra night at the hotel without any booking issues.

Centrally located hotel. You can walk everywhere and have access to bus stops and metro. Excellent hotel. The staff was above and beyond: our flight got a severe delayed and we let them know, so they accommodate our reservation without hesitation. Big thank you to the front desk staff, but not only them, the bartenders, the housekeeper, all of them were very nice and very professional. The food in the restaurant is amazing. The hotel is very clean and the room was always on point. We will definitely be back. We had a great stay at Catalonia Gran Vía.

Arrived to a bottle of bubbly and chocolates, room was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views of downtown Madrid with a hot tub! Seamless check in and check out, very friendly, super helpful. Located right downtown, pool was available, but only until 8pm. Bed was amazing, washroom was great with little freebies that came with it.
