We had a very nice stay at Casual Del Teatro Madrid. The staff were polite, friendly, and always helpful, which made us feel welcome from the start. Our room had a large balcony with a great view, and it was a real highlight of the stay — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is well located and comfortable, and overall it was a great experience. We would happily stay here again.

Double rooms at the back away from the road are quiet but small! But they are adequate and the bed was very comfortable which is the most important thing. The bathroom was quite spacious although there was no shelf or anywhere to put anything in there. The shower was however great - lovely and hot!

Breakfast was great because the staff was very attentive; brought out a slice of pie with a candle for my bday and special food for my kids. I think that was the best part. Front office staff was nice and took care of us even when leaving to make sure we were safe.

Shower head leaking everywhere, needs to be replaced. Shower enclosure also leaked over the bathroom floor. Couldn't adjust the air con temperature. Staff collected all my details at check in telling me it was for the "police" only for them to then spam me with WhatsApp messages later trying to sell me tickets to shows.

Funky and cool!

The staff was super nice. We came in really late and they gave us an upgraded room. They even had pastries from La Mallorquina waiting for us in our room. Really nice touch. Great location.

The front desk staff was great and so was the lady at the breakfast. The hotel rooms are outdated and uncomfortable, also the toilet was set so close to a wall that you have to sit sideways. The location was ok.

Location was perfect, right in the heart of the city where you can find many dining options, shop and enjoy all the attractions. Room was clean with everything you need, but a bit small for four people. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Elevator was small and slow, but it didn’t affect our experience. Extremely recommending it.
