We loved this hotel!!! The rooms were comfortable and everything is well thought out to make you feel like royalty(get it? Spain has a king).Breakfast was delicious with a really excellent array of options to choose from. The best best part is the staff, everyone we had contact with were absolutely spectacular and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. I especially want to thank Diego, who was very helpful and Gema the hostess at the restaurant. That said everyone and I mean everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this hotel!

I was very excited to visit this hotel but it didn’t live up to my expectations. Check in lacked empathy and wasn’t very inviting, wasn’t requested to take a seat or offered any welcome drink. It was a process and lacked attention. 4/10. The lobby is very small and crammed, we waited over an hour for the room. The lobby toilets need attention and better cleaning. 4/10 While waiting we had a drink at the bar, which was decent with a selection of cocktails and wines but lacked ambience and attention. 6/10 The lifts are very small but relatively quick. Tranquility Room, although I specifically requested a room with more natural lighting this was a real let down. The room was very dark and very dim. The room itself is small and inviting with a comfortable bed and decent space for storing belongings. Room overall 7/10 and bathroom which was spacious and equipped with amenities more aesthetically pleasing 9/10 The hotel did acknowledge it was our anniversary and sent complimentary cava to our room which was a kind gesture. 10/10 Breakfast was probably the most pleasing with an array of selection and choice of fruits, breads, a la carte options and cava for breakfast. Waiters aren’t so attentive, had to request cutlery twice and noticed tables weren’t cleared promptly. 9/10 Overall the hotel was satisfactory, general cleaning standards are good but felt more of a 4*. It lacks invite and early check in/late check out requests seemed to be dismissed.
