It is located on the second floor and features a private interior courtyard on Santiago Street, right in the heart of the city.
A spacious 95m² apartment with large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Access from the entry hall requires climbing a short flight of stairs or using the private elevator leading to the apartment’s main entrance.
It consists of:
- A spacious and bright living-dining room.
- 3 cozy bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a double bed, each with a private bathroom.
- 2 shared bathrooms, all equipped with towels and a hair dryer.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker. Access to the patio from the kitchen.
- Private interior patio set up for hosting group lunches and dinners, weather permitting, as it is not covered.
