OK, not great.

The hosts were very helpful, but the shower was clogged when we arrived, there was no hot water and a lamp on one bedroom lacked a shad and had tape covering a break in the wire, so not usable. Overall, the place was a little shabby. Pluses: very quiet, not a bad location. The hosts did fix the plumbing isdues promptly.

Communication excellent. Location great, 20 min walk from Plaza Mayor or short uber/taxi to anywhere further. The only negative was the bathroom door. The shower needs a full screen/door to stop the door & frame from getting so wet.
