Breakfast was very good. Breakfast staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean. Shower is very nice. I am a Hilton gold honors member and I was never asked or recognized as such. We had a slight issue with our housekeeping staff. They moved many of our personal items around. We understand they have a job and a certain amount of things they need to do but the items they moved did not interfere with the housekeeping they needed to do. Overall this was a very nice hotel in a great location. Would certainly stay here again for a future visit.

We had a great stay at Atocha Hotel Madrid. We arrived a little before the check-in time, and we were given an upgrade to a bigger room in order to accommodate our early check in. The staff was all very friendly, and the room was very clean. We will be choosing this hotel for our next stay in Madrid!

Really great hotel. Nicely renovated room. Very quiet. Nearby train and Prado. Easy taxi ride to Plaza Mayor and Royal Palace. Close to Metro. Very nice staff. Speak English well. Only issue is they’re busy so don’t expect early checkin. Pay for the night before if you red eye in from the States.
