Maria was brilliant, saw to our needs. Recommend as next to gran via/callas metro plus sol metro nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants plus supermarket if eat in. Can also book direct. Not suitable if wheelchair plus lift very tight 3 at most with luggage. Room spacious & quiet even facing predestinised street, highly recommend would stay again

The apartment is small, but comfortable and immaculate. Although the building is old, the apartments is modern. A few extra items would have been useful, such as curtains as people in rooms opposite could see in, a tea towel would have allowed us to dry dishes we used and a nightlight would make night time bathroom visits easier. A great location in a pedestrian street, close to Metro, many cafes, restaurants and shops (a very handy Carrefour nearby). The staff were helpful storing our luggage after checking out.

Excellent Stay! Perfect apartment for 1 or 2 people. Very clean, with all the amenities needed, kitchen, washer/dryer, and a modern bathroom. Balcony was soundproof - enjoyed the view but appreciated the quiet. Popular location! The area is very lively with restaurants (the crepe place downstairs is excellent!), cafes, and shops. Close to many of the best tapas and monuments. Communication was wonderful. Christian sent videos on accessing the apartment, especially since I arrived late at night. Needed an extra blanket and received it quickly, asked for suggestions and got prompt answers. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Madrid.

The host was super friendly and offer us her personal contact as we do not have calling feature with our eSIM service. The checkin and check our process was very smooth. The area was very lively and the room offer quietness for resting. The unit was very spacious with washer dryer which was nice as we could to do laundry before heading to our next destination. Definitely will stay again and recommend this property! Clean string WiFi and air conditioned.

This location was perfect; everthing within walking distance, and the apt. was also very nice. It was clean, and as described and appears in the pictures. Christian was very accessible and responded quickly. There was another person who was not and that was frustrating, but Christian stepped in to help resolve questions I had quickly. Overall, great place and I would recommend it.

Location was perfectly situated in Madrid. Walking distance to the palace, Plaza Mayor, etc. Plenty of tourist restaurant nearby. Christian was great to work with, gave us a quick tour of the place and showed us how to work the washer/dryer and other stuff. The suite was clean. Christian was great in giving us recommendation on where to eat and what to avoid. Overall, I will recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting Madrid.

Great location, really convenient and close to everything you need. The room is also quiet so despite being located to a busy area, you’ll feel very secure and can really relax at the end of the day. The studio apartment is located downtown Madrid in the center of everything. We mostly walk to all attractions. Christian was great to work with. I would highly recommend this property!

Easily one of the best stays we’ve ever experienced! A very neat and tidy apartment has all the amenities you can think of. We felt just like home from the minute we walked in (well maybe a little cleaner than our actual home 😅). The location is perfect. Right in the centre of everything with great transport links. I want to find something bad to make my review more balanced but I just can’t think of anything.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel, and I didn’t even stay there. Upon arriving, the property was nothing like the pictures online. The place was dirty, extremely noisy, and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the listing didn’t mention that the bathrooms are shared with multiple rooms, which was a complete dealbreaker for me. I decided to leave immediately, before even checking in, as the conditions were unacceptable. Despite this, the hotel not only refused to reimburse my deposit, but they also charged the remaining balance on my card without my permission. I ended up having to find and book another hotel last minute for that night. The photos online are completely misleading, and I feel scammed by the false advertising and unethical practices. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! There are much better and more honest options out there.
