Way overpriced by hotels.com

The hotel did not disclose that there was an additional security deposit payable on arrival. Very overpriced for what you get - old building, broken AC, rowdy neighborhood

It was a bit hard to get in as the company didn’t send all the information to get into the building. Also, the apt was an attic with windows and no curtains.

No customer service

Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for 2 days later and there were little reasonable options so we quickly made reservations. There was a digital check-in and they did not send the code and we had to wait for someone to come out to enter building to get to the apartment. Furthermore, our airline rebooked for the next day, and the business would not refund our second night stay for any reason. While the place was clean and in a good location the customer service was not existent.

Being 69, I found it odd to do everything electronically. AC was not working, cleaning staff did not know how to fix it, and our last email was not answered. Perfect location, comfortable, clean and unique. A 250 euro damage deposit was requested the day before checkin, a 36 euro cleaning fee had to be paid in advance and hopefully will be returned within 48 hours as mentioned in the “rules”

Superb location. Clean apartment with well stocked kitchen. Frustrating communication with property management. I twice messaged them in advance of my trip to let them know that I did not receive the email with check in instructions. We ended up having to wait at the airport until we could reach someone by phone to give us the code to enter the property. It was especially frustrating because we had paid for an extra night so that we could immediately access our apartment upon arrival. We never received check out instructions either, so we had no idea what we were supposed to do when we left on the last day.
