The staff was absolutely amazing, very accommodating, and helped us when we had an issue with the check in process. The owner and her daughter were very friendly and caring for us, making sure to give us any useful information from food recommendations to safety trips for the area.

The overall location was good. Plenty of places eat and drink within walking distance. El Prado and Retiro about a 15 to 20 minute walk. I would stay again. The only down side was the AC wasn't strong enough, during the heat wave. It was about 95-100 F (38C) during our stay. I think the AC broke the last night there.

Great location if you have a short time in Madrid and you are interested in the Prado and good meals. The adjoining restaurant Casa San Juan has excellent oxtail and scallops. Communication happened both through the hotels.com app and WhatsApp and it was a bit confusing at first but once organized it was good. Appreciated that the washer/dryer had a functioning dryer ability, though the air conditioning didn't work as well as in other places we stayed this trip.

Like about the property was it’s very central was walking distance to the central very nice neighborhood, very clean . Since I don’t have too much experience for the technique of opening the key less door. Had a little problem, but finally managed it. Had elevator, witch was good for the luggage’s. Very pleased. Will stay there again.
