Clean room but small. Staff were great and polite. I stayed for a week and I love that the Metro entrance for Noviciado was right in front of the hotel. The service was great, very friendly. The hotel is very close to the city center and couple subway stations. It is a clean and modern hotel albeit a bit small. It wasn't a problem for us but the shower wall was semi-transparent.
