This is the first airport hotel I ever stayed in. It’s located before you go through security in terminal 4. The hotel couldn’t be more convenient if you need a nearby airport for a layover. You could also use the hotel during the day. But book in advance because there are only 20 rooms and they fill up. We landed in Madrid at 8 am on an overnight and had a 4 pm connection and we wanted to sleep at the hotel in the morning but it was booked. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. The rooms are windowless which is an interesting experience.

Muito ruim. A única vantagem é que o hotel fica dentro do aeroporto o que facilitou nossa vida, pois chegamos após a meia noite e viajaríamos no dia seguinte logo cedo de volta ao Brasil. Estrutura ruim, ar condicionado não funcionou, atendimento ríspido da recepção. Cafe da manhã com produtos limitados e industrializados.
