Super convenient spot, it's within walking distance to pretty much everything. Had two different reservations and both times felt really safe and both rooms were great. Staff was also really helpful. Definitely staying here again on my next visit to Madrid.

Convenient, great service for the piece.

Once we figured out how to use the self check in system, which was a tad annoying, the rest of the stay was great. It is true the walls are thin, but we didn't have obnoxious neighbours and that was advertised. The location is great, the room was cute and it had everything we needed for a good price. Would recommend.

Very good location, clean, comfortable, a bit noisy from other guests as not noise proof and I was concerned about entrance to building and room through app but it worked well ! I was happy with my stay, would go back !

I stayed there for 9 days. It was a great location to be in. Everything was in walking distance. I was a bit apprehensive about the contact less entry but it worked very well. The Royal palace, Opera metro station are few minutes walk only.

It is a very good option value for your money! Good area, walkable, safe, supermarket and dining options nearby! The only nuance is that there is no lift so if you bring a big bag you will need to carry it on up to your room.

We booked for five days and couldn’t stay not even one . False advertisement. They don’t have any private bathrooms as stated for extra cost and upgrade and they don’t have any rooms on the first floor and no elevator or ramp for handicap people or even to take up all your luggage’s definitely not a suite . It’s awful and the air doesn’t work .

The modern technology of using bluetooth might be convenient for remote management but is a disaster if ones phone battery dies. We had to let in other tenants more than once. Management staff were very friendly and the cleani g ladies were excellent

You do everything online and it is not easy at all. When there is a problem with the system, it is not possible to open the door. We preferred a room for 3 people but there were 2 beds and 1 sofa bed and it was very uncomfortable. Everything is very old. The air conditioning was not working.
