Apartment right in the heart of the city, 50 meters from Spain’s “Km 0.” This brand-new apartment has been beautifully renovated and features luxurious decor, with everything you need for your stay, including amenities. We also have a smaller apartment right next to this one, perfect for larger groups.

I give my guests plenty of privacy, but I’m available if they need me.
We’re available 24 hours a day to assist you

Sol, a bustling neighborhood right in the heart of Madrid, is home to laid-back tapas bars, cafes with terraces, and pedestrian streets lined with shops. There are also museums, theaters, and architecturally significant buildings along Gran Vía, as well as lively spots like Plaza Mayor and the San Miguel Market, with food stalls, restaurants, wine bars, and a vibrant nightlife
