Driving to area beaches and Downtown Madison is under 10 minutes; stroll to town in about 15 (no sidewalks until you reach Downtown). Amenities include 2 split HVAC systems; fully equipped kitchen with dishes, utensils, small appliances plus oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, washer and dryer; linens, towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella are included.
