The first room I was given, the king bed had sunken in and the bed frame at the bottom appeared broken. The second room I was given did not have a bath. The listing does not state that some rooms only have showers vs baths. The only thing that is listed is a handicap accessible rooms with baths. So I had to downgrade my room to 2 queens with a bath. The queens are not truly queen size beds, they are more like full size. Not only that but when i went to take a bath, the bath was leaking. So i had to go down for a 3rd time to get someone to fix the bath. I lost my bath salts that i got from Germany which are not replaceable. The first evening i checked in after 2 hours of messing around i was able to take a bath and relax until the people above me on the 4th floor were stomping around for about an hour. At this point i went outside for fresh air and 4 people walked in smelling like weed. It is disappointing to be in a hotel where furniture or people arent appreciated. I wasnt offered a refund, a credit or anything. I truly am disappointed with the entire stay, the hotel, and Hilton. I will never stay here and my recommendation to others will not be Hilton or this place. The only reason why I am giving a two star is because the breakfast is well above what other hotels are and the gym is a nice addition.

The location was perfect for us to get to and from our granddaughters hockey tournament rinks, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and had a variety of items to choose from, coffee and tea were available all day and the staff were very pleasant.

This is our go to hotel when we visit family in Madison. It’s conveniently located, the staff are wonderful and so helpful, the rooms are large, have a kitchenette, and great beds and shower. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean. Lots of space, full size refrigerator and microwave. Great location and very dog-friendly. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming to my dog. Definitely would stay at another Home2 Suites. Great breakfast and a nice fireplace in the lobby.
