we were upgraded to Junior Suite. Very nice clean rooms, amazing breakfast. The location is very good as it is close to Gate 329 which leads to Female Gates of Mosque. So if you are traveling with family this is the place to stay!

I gave 4 stars because in spite of staying in a non smoking room there was a smoking smell in the room & instead of complaining about it the issue wasn’t resolved. Also I had an issue with the flushing in the toilet, I informed the front desk & was told maintenance will fix it but nobody came to fix the issue during my stay. One thing positive about my stay was they let me check in early & check out late. Also the service from the housekeeper & other support stuff was excellent.
