We arrived after 4 p.m. and had only 20 hours to stay in Medina. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive our room key until around 6 p.m. The dining area was divided by nationality, and the food quality provided for our group was poor. The reception staff at check-in were unprofessional and very slow. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the amount we paid.

Avoid like a plague

Absolute diabolical hotel! Very unclean, no swrvices for our 8 days we were there. Had to go out and get towels and toilet paper ourselves. Room was not stepped in from cleaners for full 8 days. Im only 5ft 6 and my feet were hanging off the bed. Very out dayed and poor hotel. Only good thing is it is close to the haram.

Complaint

My experience was too awful and disappointing. The check-in time is at 2pm and I received my room at 11pm. And the service wasn't welcoming. Also i had to go down to the counter more than 3 times to get what i want, no one answers the phone. And i didn't receive the room that i ordered and everything was chaos.
