Excellent hotel and customer service. Great location near to masjid al haram. Only issue was that the rooms were very small which should be considered if staying with family..

Perfect location friendly staff

From start to finish the hotel and more importantly the staff were amazing very polite and friendly the house keeping was spot on with fresh towels tea coffee and bottled water topped up daily. The hotel was extremely clean and ideally located close to many fast food restaurants and more importantly a no frills curry house only five minutes away. I was there for my Umrah and found the hotel to be in a very safe clean area where you could walk around anytime of the day and feel comfortable (Even though Madina is the safest city to visit)

Asaafa Hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms and a convenient location. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. Amenities like free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast are appreciated. However, some areas may feel a bit dated, and noise could be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, it’s a good option for budget-conscious travelers seeking convenience and solid service.
