Very clean , great layout of the room and updated technology! Over all this is one of the best hotel so far I have experienced during my trip in London , Turkey , Mecca and Medina . The staff name Bashir Ahmed was very courteous, attentive , helpful and hard working . Over all all the staff , rooms service stuff was very courteous and professional as well . Also we receives courtesy check up call daily to find out if we need anything! I will def stay here when I visit again .

Overall our stay at Rotana was excellent. Good sized spacious clean room and bathroom for a family of 4. Housekeeping and staff were friendly and approachable. My only negative was that it is a bit of distance for ladies area in the haram. As ladies sections are top right and top left when facing the haram. There is no live egg station, but a variety of eggs are available on the breakfast buffet. And there is a good selection for breakfast. I would definitely recommend if you are wanting to stay on this side of the Haram.

We enjoyed our stay at Al Manakha Rotana, the rooms were in great condition well equipped and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is great close to Masjid Nabawi, though slightly further away from the main gate near 330 but the walk isnt so bad. Meanwhile it is walking distance from the road that take you to Quba mosque where all the shops are.

Al Manakha Rotana is simply outstanding! The location is unbeatable—right next to Masjid Umar Farooq and just steps from the Prophet’s Mosque. The rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond with their warm hospitality. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of delicious choices. This hotel truly made my stay in Medina unforgettable. Highly, highly recommended!
