Great location as far as fast food restaurants and grocery store and a good strip mall only a couple minutes away.Upon arrival was told just what my room number was not location and what entrance was the closest toy room.The entrance door on the side of the building would not unlock with room key so had to usr another entrance which was further away from room.Thete was no hand soap had to use body wash dispenser to was hands.The breakfast was horrible from the eggs,to the biscuits and gravy.There was 1 banana and it was rotten on bottom and leaking.There was a note stating that you could not nring any breakfast food to your room.However the tables in lobby were dirty appears that they are cleaned after breakfast is over.The apple juice was either out or extremely diluted .And after breakfast the housekeeper was cleaning out the leftover eggs with her hands in the lobby area instead of back in kitchen or for God's sake use a spoon.I was in the food service industry for over 35 yrs and would definitely not allowed this at the restaurants that I operated.They would be better with just cereal,yogurt,fruit,bagels,muffins ,danishes.As I have traveled throughout the US and abroad this is unacceptable from customer service as I was still eating and she didn't bother to ask if I wanted anything else before she shut it down.Customer service is everything.
