Check in went smoothly but he could have spoke up louder. Was hard to hear what he was asking for. Room was clean but toilet ran after being flushed and really could use a new shower head. The room was average- the furniture seemed run down (lots of wear marks on coffee table, missing closet door handle, etc. The beds felt comfortable, however the room was advertised to sleep 6, but no extra pillows or bedding for the pullout couch in the room or closet. We were excited to use the pool area, but it seemed a bit neglected and dirty, and the hot tub was broken- no water in it and the hot tub area was cautioned off. The hotel has a free breakfast, but the quality of the eggs/ sausage and potatoes were not good at all.

1st room towels had bodily fluids and fecus on them. Toilet wasn't bolted down and tipped when used. Front desk wasn't able to address issue besides moving us into a different room. No management on duty or on call till Monday. The second room drain in bath was slow. During shower one would stand in a foot or more of standing water.
