Nearby, Bwlch y Groes – the highest pass in Wales – leads to the spectacular lakes at Bala and Vyrnwy (RSPB reserve). Dolgellau and Machynlleth are 10 miles, Aberdovey and Barmouth 20 miles. Supermarket deliveries are available to the property. Fishing within a mile. Shops 3 miles, restaurants and pubs 2 miles.

The perfect holiday cottage

Location is quiet on the Hellfire pass, with lovely valley views & dark sky at night. Property is outstanding in design and furnishings & fixtures are of a high quality. Parking is secure next to the property. Cleanliness on arrival is to a very high standard, with complimentary supplies very welcome & a kind gesture. Owner came by on 1st night to make sure all was OK & to answer any questions. Cottage has a very informative catalogue of detailed services of local eateries, shop locations & services. We will most definitely be returning as it exceeded our expectations & was truly the best holiday cottage we have ever experienced in 27 years! I can't recommend enough for a couples retreat in Wales. I never review holiday properties, but this is deserving of high praise. Book this holiday cottage with confidence, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Mr & Mrs Jones

Ruhig, schön, komfortabel & sehr sauber.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus hatte alles was wir für zwei Personen brauchten. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet worden und alles ist aufeinander abgestimmt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir ein Problem im Haus. Es wurde von den Besitzern sofort behoben. Grundsätzlich waren die Besitzer immer für uns da. Mr. und Mrs. Jones sind sehr sympathische Menschen. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen und können es zu 100% weiter empfehlen.
