Good staff, convenient location. Bathroom door needs to be fixed, when we arrive the window was opened and there were bugs in the bed sheets. A lot of noise from another guest in the hallway.

Check in was a mess. They seemed to be having a problem with their check in system and a lot of other people were also waiting to check in. Once we were able to check in there were no towels available for the room. The WiFi did not work for the entire stay. On the plus side they did have good "strong" coffee at the included breakfast.

The bathroom was covered and black mold my friend and I got sick after leaving this hotel room. No one should ever stay at this hotel. Besides the health risks you put yourself in we had a room right next to the stairs with a giant window where every time someone walks up the stairs the light turns on. Also they own a restaurant next door where they blast music till 11:00 even when there is no customers keeping you awake at night when you have to get up early to get your bus from Machu Picchu do yourself a favor and never stay here

Hotel was just what we wanted. They let us check in really early, around 9am. And they let us store our bags the following day as we weren't ready to head out yet. The breakfast was amazing!!! The shower was lukewarm - good enough for a shower after a few days on the Inca Trail, but not hot, hot like you might want. I'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel rooms are a bit smaller than what is seen in the pictures. The hangers had dust on them, the bathroom was a bit dirty, had a lot of black spots and the towel handle was broken. The bathroom sink only had cold water. The wifi was completely unreliable, at the hotel they said it was because apple devices don’t work well with their wifi.. The staff was very kind but the hotel should be modernized.

This hotel unfortunately dosen’t match it’s reviews…the staff was kind and helpful and the location is great near a lot of shops, but the rest of the experience could have been better. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately the bathrooms did have mold and there were moths found in the room, the shower door was broken and the water was cold. Some of my family who stayed in another room did find a bug in their bed. Over all the location was nice, and the staff was great, but I would not recommend this place as many amenities were broken/did not work and cleanliness could be better.
