The location of the hotel was at the top of a very strenuous uphill hike. The hotel lobby did not look like the photos. The staff were lovely but not always at the desk when we needed them. They provided us with a fan when requested but the fan wasn't working. After having it fixed once, it broke down again and we made do without it. The bathroom is very small and you had to turn on the tap marked 'C' for hot water. Breakfast was a good spread. We learned from another review that we had to ask them for scrambled eggs which they then provided. Overall, the stay was just okay, but the people were lovely.

The hotel it self was actually pretty good. Let us store our luggage while we did Machu Picchu, Quite clean, constant hot water in shower, comfy bed, but speaking about the bed i think it was 2 doubles put together to make a “king” in the matrimonial room that also had a “mountain view” which was kinda blocked, you have to step out of the room to actually get the whole view. Breakfast option was nice too. Overall 4.5/5 rating from me. Would recommend if you want something slightly nicer that wont break the bank too much

The rooms are fine...but washroom and bathroom very small. Water accumulates quite quickly in the shower. Breakfast till 0800 am only... We came at around 0830...they were kinda accommodating. Was able to grab a coffee. They open the fridge to give us some bread which I think was a decent gesture.

Stayed one night. It is a basic accommodation. It was clean but there were some items that needed to be fixed. In one room the door knob in the bathroom did not engage so you couldn’t close the door unless there was someone on the outside to let you out.and Another one of the rooms was missing a shower curtain. At night the hot water was warm but in the morning the wat was hot. We were there in winter and it would have been nice if the room had a heater. But overall for one night it served its purposes.
