It was a very nice hotel. I would stay there again. The rooms were very clean and updated. It was very close to the train station and the bus station. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

This property is in the heart of Aguas Calientes and extremely close to everything. This property was an amazing choice. I would suggest walking with your own bath as we didn’t have them in the room but outside of that truly amazing.

Clean and comfortable stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated being able to store our luggage. The hot water for showers was great too. Would recommend - worth the $$!

The room was clean and the breakfast was ok. You can leave your luggage while you visit Machu Picchu. The issue was the noise. Right across there was a karaoke and a night club. It so loud I had to get ear plugs to be able to sleep. I don’t understand why that level of volume is permitted in a town that precedes such a sacred city.

The room was nice and warm at night. Almost too warm at times which was a pleasant surprise compared to other places we stayed in other towns/cities in Peru. There was consistent hot water in the shower which was also a pleasant surprise considering other places we stayed. I would certainly stay there again if I go back to Aguas Calientes! Overall, I thought it was awesome!
