The hotel was good for one night to visit Machu Picchu. It is never a 4 star hotel. The reception and the rooms are very tired, the food is not great. My room was very small, the beds creaked, the bathroom was tiny, the shower was not great. However, the location is very convenient and the staff are very helpful.

We booked this hotel last minute for our Machu Picchu tour. It was conveniently located near the train and bus stations. It was nice to have breakfast and dinner included so we didn’t have to think about it. The things to consider are the noise level and the service. It’s a very busy hotel and the walls are very thin. You will hear everything outside your room at all time of the night because of the early hikers leaving their rooms. The staff tries their best but there is a lot to tend to so there isn’t a lot of attention to detail. Overall, it was okay for the price.

This place is gorgeous serenity in the midst of what can be a wild town. My 5th floor room with floor to ceiling windows and views of the Andes was everything I’d hoped for! Feel like an ecolodge, right over the river from the train station and walking distance to everything.

We had a lovely room with comfy beds and a great shower after our Inca Trail hike. The included dinner was good and the spa services were excellent. The staff was also very helpful holding our bags and delivering them to our room.. We also enjoyed walking around the area around the hotel and the market and it was only a block to walk to the train station.

Truly smooth and perfect experience! clean, quiet updated eco friendly rooms. It has an artistic style with all the natural elements in design. Elegant approach overall they thought about every detail for us from welcoming us carrying our bags to the hotel. Then offering free amazing dinner with good service. You can always find water at every corner and even apples. Hotel is 2mins max walking distance from the train and right by machu pichu bus station. Hotel is at the middle of everything.
