We couldn’t choose a better hotel, perfect location, wonderful staff, close to everything, restaurants , bus and train station and close to market to. Immaculate clean and a very complete breakfast buffet. The room with river views incredible beautiful and spacious, you can’t beat that view and sleep with the sound of the river. The town is picturesque too. Internet, WiFi is Starlink, so very fast!

The personalized service in this hotel is quite amazing, I had the best experience because the people there made us feel incredibly special. Location is good. The property is clean. The river view rooms are nice, a bit small unless you get a balcony room. The small double bed was comfortable. No air conditioning. Breakfast room has wonderful river views. Breakfast was just OK. Like most things in Aguas Caliente it's over priced.
