Room was great. Well prepared as with all Toyoko Inn Hotels. We enjoy the central locations of the hotel and the convenience to get to and fro. Service is great and staff courteous always. And checkin and out is fast and automated after the system captured our details after the first stay. Family enjoyed the 24h coffee area and use of moisturizer due to the dry season. Breakfast is great and convenient so that we could set off quickly the next day. We drove and needed parking. While the chargeable hotel car park is not suitable for our mpv, we thank the receptionist for their info on other surrounding parking locations and charges. And indeed the charges are lower than the hotels and some have further lowered their rates.

風呂場に長い髪の毛が落ちていた。清掃員の髪だろうか。 確認不足のこちらも悪いが、他の東横INNの場合 デラックスダブル＝テーブルと椅子がついているが 町田駅小田急線東口の場合、デラックスダブルはテーブルなし スタンダードダブルの方にテーブルと椅子がついているようです。 デラックスのほうが金額が高いのに、部屋は狭いという不思議な現象です。 連泊したのですが、ベッドの上以外にいる場所がなくて困りました。
