Experiência traumatizante. Cama extremamente dura, quarto totalmente sem manutenção, tomadas antigas, pelo qual nem funcionou em alguns eletroportáteis, banheiro sem porta, água no chuveiro muito fraca, janela visível no corredor e coberta apenas com um pedaço de pano… Me senti totalmente insegura. Fui acordada 1:30 da madrugada com um hóspede chamando para entrar e não havia ninguém na recepção de 24h 😅. Portaria essa que fechada com um cadeado independente do horário (me senti uma prisioneira). Na outra noite fui acordada mais uma vez com um bate boca entre um hóspede insatisfeito e o dono. Ainda houve um dia que fui informada que não haveria café da manhã ( no exato momento que eu fui comer), sem falar na qualidade e quantidade do café da manhã…… Infelizmente se faz necessário esse feedbacks para que não tenham mais pessoas enganas como eu fui. E essa foto aí, mentira total, só pode ter pego no Google. Ao dono, recomendo que reveja tudo desde o atendimento, a forma que fala com o cliente, pois fui cobrado pelo pagamento antes mesmo de ter entrado no quarto ( só deixei a mala na recepção), se essa é sua fonte de renda é importante que você dê a devida atenção para o mesmo, pois o jeito que está dando andamento é absurdo, um descaso que você consiga sair dessa e prospere no seu negócio.🙏

Limpeza ruim. Os lençóis da cama pareciam que não eram lavados há um bom tempo. O café da manhã sempre era cuscuz seco com ovo esquisito, um outro hóspede reclamou do mesmo.

Péssima condições de conforto

A pousada estar sem nenhuma estrutura de limpeza, organização, recepção, alimentação e conforto para os hóspedes. O dino precisa urgentemente fazer uma reforma. Estou decepcionado, não recomendo.
