A Happy Stay in Maceio!

It was difficult to find unless you know the area but loved our stay there. Staff are lovely people, really helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anybody!

Recepção e local do café bonitos, pessoal receptivo e atencioso, principalmente as meninas do café. Café da manhã simples mas muito caprichado. Ponto negativo: a cama de casal era, na verdade, duas camas de solteiro unidas. Isso prejudicou bastante o conforto, pq fica um buraco no meio da cama. As roupas de cama também estavam manchadas.

A estrutura da pousada é básica. Tive problemas no quarto, tais como: Quedas de energia, cama nada confortável(parecia uma cama de solteiro unida a outra)z Falta de tranca no banheiro. O café da manhã também é bem básico e sem opções.

O quarto era muito sujo e mau cuidado, assim como o banheiro. O box do banheiro vazava agua pedimos para irem olhar e ninguém foi. Como vimos que nao iam resolver s solicitamos um pano para tentar conter a água. A pousada nao fornce toalha de rosto, pedimos uma e disseram que nao ofrnecem. A toalha de banho parecia mais um pano de chão toda rasgada, assim como as fronhas e lençóis que alem de rasgados tinham varias manchas. A limpeza diaria é feita nas coxas praticamente so arrumam a cama.

O hotel está em reforma, as instalações estão muito boas, o café da manhã é bom. A limpeza do apartamento não estava bem feita, solicitei uma nova limpeza e foi realizada. A localização é ótima. Recomendo.
