Algumas informações só foram comunicadas na hora do check, o estacionamento do hotel é pago por diária, café da manhã poucas opções, a água do chuveiro estava direcionada para parede, ficamos no 6° andar e o elevador só vai até o 5° andar e não teve ninguém para ajudar com as malas.

Primeira coisa Check-in, era às 14hs cheguei depois das 15hs ainda tive que esperar mais de meia hora porque estavam arrumando o quarto. O local, sempre que eu precisei sair a pé tinha muito noi@do, ao lado do hotel principalmente uma sensação de insegurança terrível. Café da manhã muito fraco, as mesmas coisas todos os dias, as proteínas são salsicha, ovo e Soja (pensei que era carne moída AFF.) Todos os dias eles entram no quarto pra arrumar só que não, no penúltimo dia, entraram recolheram as toalhas, não reporam... Quando cheguei o quarto estava do jeito que deixei só que sem as toalhas, tivemos que pedir. O elevador apresentando defeito e desalinhado, a tv não é smart. No mais, eu amei Maceió, mas não gostei da hospedagem.

Ótima localização, porém a estrutura interna é horrível. Paredes quebradas, fios expostos, quartos escuros, papel higiênico aqueles rolos que sao escuros, sofás da recepção muito sujo. Uma experiência desagradavel. É notório a falta de manutenção . O hotel tem espaço e possibilidade de ser bem melhor

Os funcionários são agradáveis e o ambiente em si muito bom, porém o banheiro não gostei muito. Precisa de uma limpeza profunda nos azulejos, o pino de abrir a água do chuveiro estava todo remendado com fita preta talvez para isolar que passe energia. O papel higiênico não é de boa qualidade e não tem sachê de shampoo, somente sabonetes. O café da manhã foi bom, bem surtido mesmo. As meninas da cozinha bem atenciosas. Se você procura um ambiente silêncioso... esse não é, o barulho do elevador se ouvia constantemente e os barulhos da rua também. É um ponto muito bom para quem quer ir à praia por conta da boa localização. Você pode chegar inclusive a pé até a praia.

O checkin fizemos as 1730 e o quarto ainda não estava pronto, tivemos que esperar por meia hora. As toalhas, lençóis e tapetes em péssimas condições. Tivemos que solicitar cobertores e não foi fornecido. O quarto possuía cheiro de mofo. Pouca variedade no café da manhã e apenas um funcionário pra atender. Enfim, muito ruim. Pena que não olhei os comentários, daí não teria reservado. Decepcionante!

O café da manhã é fraquíssimo, com poucas opções e sempre as mesmas coisas. Café frio, comida ruim e um leve arrependimento. Nem água para beber você encontra facilmente no estabelecimento. O quarto é sujo e mal cuidado, o banheiro pingando e deixando tudo molhado, o chuveiro dando choque ao tocar no registro. Infelizmente a experiência não foi das melhores. A única coisa boa é a localização, perto de tudo e facil de acessar a orla, mercados e restaurantes. Pelo valor pago, nem compensa o café da manhã. Melhor comer na rua.

Razoável. Bonito por dentro. Estacionamento privativo. A recepção podia passar senha do wifi logo na entrada. Ou disponibilizar no quarto. Mesmo depois de conectado não funcionou. TV não funcionou. Vaso entupido. O cocô só ia embora depois de 5 ou 6 descargas. Elevador bem velho.

O cafe da manhã do Laguna Praia Hotel e lastimável. Não condiz nenhum pouco com as imagens existentes no anúncio/perfil do hotel. 8h da manhã e ja nao tem praticamente mais nada disponível e o pouco que tem, existe uma dificuldade enorme em repor. Café GELADO, leite GELADO, itens que deveria ser quentes estão verdadeiramente FRIOS (CUSCUZ, OVOS e etc).
