O padrão IBIS é insuperável...Quartos limpos, conforto, estacionamento com manobrista, bem localizado. O café é à parte e não consumi. Tem boas comodidades como lavanderia interna, elevadores, serviço de quarto, porém, a internet não é boa (ao menos no 5° andar).

Ontem chegamos de uma longa viagem e escolhi o IBIS por ótimas experiências anteriores, porém que não se repetiram dessa vez. O check-in foi rápido, mas ao chegar no apartamento começaram a mostrar que o IBIS BUDJET MACEIÓ não segue o padrão dos outros da rede. Cama extremamente barulhenta. E pra fechar de chave de cadeado estavam realizando confraternização dos funcionários no estacionamento do hotel. Mesmo com as janelas fechadas o barulho era gigante. Do nada, 21:40hs começaram um karaoke dos funcionários. Quando escolhemos um hotel no padrão do IBIS o fazemos pela tranquilidade. Se fosse pra ter barulho, festas e etc eu tinha escolhido um All Inclusive. Mas só queria descansar. Tive que ligar na recepção pra pedir a gentileza de encerrar. Uma pena.
