Living area: sofa after with TV and fire and a seperate space for dining

Outside has a secure wrap around decking and seating to enjoy the lakeside setting, perfect for outdoor socialising and soaking up the sun 

Private parking space right next to the property.

Freshly made beds, hand soaps, Cleaning supplies/ tea towel,  Tea, Coffee & Sugar are  complimentary (subject to availability - guests are asked to kindly replenish if they use significant amounts to respect the next guests arriving)

Dog friendly only at request (breed is required to be accepted): £25 per dog we kindly ask that they are well behaved and up to date with routine flea and worming treatments prior to arrival. No cats sorry
