This stylish property features a spacious, enclosed garden with BBQ and outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing. Inside, there are two flat-screen TVs, plus plenty to keep the kids entertained, including an Xbox, Wii, board games and books.
Just a 5-minute walk brings you to a beautiful dog-friendly beach, complete with café, seating and nearby parking if you prefer to drive. A friendly local cinema is just around the corner, and the town centre is only a short walk or drive away. The Beck pub and restaurant is close by, along with Cedars bar offering sports and entertainment.
Mablethorpe is a family-friendly seaside town with Blue Flag beaches and traditional attractions including a funfair, golf and go-karting. Nearby highlights include the Seal Sanctuary and Donkey Sanctuary, while Skegness is just a 20-minute drive for larger attractions such as Fantasy Island. The Beach House was a lovely place to stay, it had everything we needed and the grandkids were thrilled to bits by the collection of toys and books. It's very close to a great beach and an easy walk into the centre of Mablethorpe.

The property was fabulous. It catered for all of us. Nice to see children’s entertainment there for some down time.It was close to all amenities. Quiet little cul de sac which was lovely. It surpassed our expectations as we had never used VRBO before. Maxine was great when we asked questions and quick to respond. Would use again.

Lovely holiday

Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service.

EXCELLENT AREA AND ACCOLODATION.

Grandma and 3 grandchildren aged 7, 9, 12. Really enjoyed our stay in Bungalow and the area. E.g wave pool, lollipop train and bowling, beach,,fair, arcades and circus. Bungalow homely. Sofa bed untested. Would reccommend.

Lovely bungalow, There is everything you would need , pots and pans, coffee machine, BBQ, books, toys, games. 10 min stroll to a beautiful beach. Dogs allowed. Really quiet area. Beautiful garden. Second time for us, im sure we will be back.

Comfortable short break

The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend.

Great holiday house!

The house was lovely, very homely and we loved the beach themed decor. Communication from the owner was excellent. We loved the basket of goodies in the kitchen, and the bottle of wine in the fridge! There are lots of toiletries provided which are handy too - shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, shower gel. There are also games and books, and a few toys. Maxine helpfully arranged for some extra books/toys to keep our children occupied, which was very much appreciated. The house is in a nice quiet residential street, 5 mins walk to a lovely beach. We would recommend the food at The Beck, it was absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Weekend Away

Had a fabulous 3 night stay, the cottage is a real home from home accommodation, everything you could possibly need is available, really comfortable in evwry way plus a fabulous garden to relax in, we were blessed with realky good weather which made the stay evwn better, literally a 5 minute walk tot he beach and local attractions, the host Maxine is available if needed and she even asked what wine we would like on arrival which was a lovely thought, would definitely recommend .

Family Break

This beautiful beach house is perfect for a family break away. The house is one of the most well equipped houses I have ever stayed in. Maxine left everything you could need and more! Thank you so much! Literally 5 mins from the beach, or ten mins from the town, perfect location! The house was that lovely, if we didn’t need to go out, we wouldn’t of cared! The garden was beautiful too! Honestly a fabulous house and host! Amazing!

Cosy and quiet

What a lovely bungalow. Plenty of space indoors and out. Only a short walk from the beach with a large Tesco just down the road. Maxine the host was very helpful and we will definitely be booking again.

Brilliant mini beach break location

We had a lovely time with our two kids and small dog. The property is in a great location with the beach very easy to walk to and the high street only a little further. (Salty’s fish and chips was only a 10 minute walk and is well worth a visit!) The property was very well equipped with a lovely garden area which was great to unwind in with a glass of wine and the sound of the sea in background. Two TVs meant there were no arguments from the kids when we weren’t out exploring and they both slept very well in the twin bedroom. We had a wonderful time and will likely be back in the future.

The property was lovely but on a residential street and no view of the sea- expecting too much I suppose as it was as said a 5 minute walk away up steps and through a dune The property was very tastefully decorated with many chill out spaces and Mablethorpe was good - smaller than Skegness

Home Away from Home

The house in general was very nice. The area was so nice and quiet - exactly what we all needed. The house itself was very well equipped for a great family holiday or a romantic getaway! The kitchen had everything you need and more and was stocked with food in the case you had forgotten something at home. Even the sofa bed in the lounge was really very comfortable. Xbox and Wii for the kids and board games to play!!! All in all a lovely property. We felt very much at home. The beach was a stones throw away and was really lovely.
