Welcome to this newly built apartment with its own entrance which is part of a villa located in a quiet and child-friendly district. At the entrance there is a wonderfully sunny terrace and on the lawn outside both young and old can enjoy games and play. On lovely summer evenings, it is a given to gather on the patio and perhaps enjoy the delicacies of the sea such as fresh shrimp, crayfish or a well-stuffed crab. You have walking distance to the summer city city with everything it means such as market shopping, shopping, restaurants, boating, music and much more. It is also walking distance to Valbodalen harbor with the many boathouses that climb up the cliffs and on the island outside there are nice baths. There is also a small child-friendly beach. From the entrance you enter a small hall and further into a nice living room with TV and sofa bed. The TV has Apple TV and blu-ray. From the living room, a steep ladder leads up to a sleeping loft with a bed mattress of 180x220, the low ceiling height makes the loft extra cozy. From the living room you take a few steps down to a modern kitchen with stove, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher, inside the kitchen you will find a nice bedroom with two single beds, on the other side of the kitchen is the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Lysekil, which is popularly called "The City by the Sea" is located at the far end of the sea band. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives at Stångehuvud's nature reserve with nice smooth red granite cliffs that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts are offered with famous artists, singing in the park, etc. Several nice nice shops with assortment for different tastes. A pleasure for the children is to take the little train around Lysekil, during the tour you will also get a little history of Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century.
