This unique accommodation is located 35 minutes from Saumur, its castle, and its troglodyte dwellings. Whether you're a couple or a family, take advantage of your stay to visit the Bioparc de Doué en Anjou (15 min), the Oriental Park of Maulévrier (20 min), the charming village of Montreuil-Bellay and its castle (30 min), or the Puy du Fou theme park (45 min). Wine lovers can also explore the Haut-Layon wine route (Vihiers/Doué-en-Anjou = 66 km) and discover the region's cultural heritage and vineyards.

The 17m² caravan comprises a main room with a dining area and kitchenette (two-burner cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle), a 140x190cm bed in an alcove, and two 80x190cm beds that also serve as benches. The bathroom has a shower, a vanity unit, and a toilet. A garden lounge with a barbecue is available under a private, secluded covered area, located a few meters from the caravan.

The owners grant you access to the swimming pool in front of their house, which is shared with the gîte. Conditions: open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, from the beginning of May to the end of October (weather permitting). The pool measures 4m x 8m and is 1.10m to 1.50m deep. Heated to 28°C, with the option of swimming under the low shelter. Sun loungers and a relaxation area are available.
The pétanque court, swing, and children's play area are shared with the La Bodinerie gîte, located on the same property.
