Quai du Rhône: T3 apartment in a quiet location

Comfortable fully equipped apartment in a quiet residential area. Garden level facing the green inner courtyard. Two bedrooms each with a double bed + a single bed in one of the bedrooms. Spacious living room with modern open kitchen.

True Airbnb type apartment. Being away a lot, we rent the apartment while we are away.

This is our main residence and we would like our guests to feel at home while we are away.

We can offer you a simple breakfast. Toast, jam and butter, milk and cereals. Coffee machine, hot chocolate and tea are at your disposal. Otherwise, feel free to use any condiments you find in the kitchen.

There is a small wine fridge on the side of the bar. Please help yourself to a bottle of wine, beer or water. This is offered by the house :)

Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are installed on the TV.

One of the bedrooms has a desk with a screen and a Lenovo docking station. Feel free to use it if you need to work.

Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance.

Attention:
- It gets quite hot in the summer, especially in the evenings due to the western exposure. We cannot install air conditioning but we have ceiling fans in all rooms. We hope you enjoy this traditional 😊 cooling system
