We were visiting from Florida and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and can’t say enough great things about the staff working there. We had a guided tour scheduled and were running late. They offered to unpack our car, brought the suitcases to our room and park our car for us. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast each morning with fresh various breads, yoghurts, cheeses, juices, warm scramble eggs sausages, fresh fruits, coffee and teas. Triple rooms have AC and that was wonderful. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean with great towels bedding and comfortable beds. Hotel is located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and train station. There is parking structure to park the car as well. Great stay, great staff, I recommend this place.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip to France in terms of hotels. The front desk staff was outstanding -- super friendly and always willing to help with anything. We only had a couple of nights in Lyon, but we wished we could have taken the Hotelo Lyon Ainay with us for our entire trip. Thank you for a great stay!

Basic hotel in ok location. Very nice welcome at the reception. All the staff members were very polite, friendly and nice. We had a premium room and it was spacious enough, renovated bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the room no. 25 was pretty quiet. No English TV channels nor view from room. The hotel is very close to Perrache metro station. There are pleanty of restaurants, cafés and shops close-by. Unfortunately also quite a lot of homeless people around but they did not disturb anyone.

The hotel is simple but excellent. Very friendly staff, the room was small but very clean and had all the basics (towels for all of us, shower gel/shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc.). The beds were comfortable, and despite being near a busy street, the place was quiet and we slept very well. It was easy to walk to old Lyon, and the staff let us keep our luggage at the hotel free of charge after we checked out and before we were ready to leave the city.

Very convenient to the Perrache train station which is what we wanted. Didn’t feel like the safest area, especially the bus station that you need to walk through to get to the train station. Hotel was inexpensive, clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was good value for money.
