This furnished appartment has been laid out in a former recording studio, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the lights that have been preserved. On the ground floor : entrance with wall cupboard. Living-room (lounge area with sofa bed which provides sleeping arrangement for 2 people (140 x 190cm), dining area, kitchen area). Shower room including shower, washbasin and Wc. On the mezzanine (very low ceiling), sleeping area with single futon bed. Warm/cool system. Bed linen & household linen (dish towels) supplied. Towels may be hired. Travel cot on request. Outdoors : small private terrace with garden furniture. Large public parking (72 spaces) 50m away. Sathonay-Rillieux railway station 1 km. From 13th to 31st of July 2022, paying an extra charge of 25€/day (to pay on site), guests may have access to owners' heated swimming-pool (2.50 m large, 5 m long, 1.30 m deep) and garden (with swing, charcoal barbecue and garden furniture).
