Arrived at the hotel for an overnight stay during a drive to Spain. The staff was rather careless except one guy who was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately we discovered lice on one of the beds and evacuated the hotel.

Great overnight stopover

Lovely friendly staff. Room spotless but dark paintwork needed touching up around door frames. Enjoyed evening meal in the restaurant and del’Arte and Osaka short walk away. Good parking with plenty of charging stations. Outdoor pool appeared to be locked although supposed to be open until end September.
