The apartment
Located in Villeurbanne, right on the edge of Lyon’s 3rd arrondissement, with its many shops. Just a 2-minute walk from the Médipôle, it’s also very easy to reach (Bus C3 runs every 3 minutes; Bus C11, etc., are just a 3-minute walk from the building).
Located on the sixth floor (of seven) with an elevator, offering a view of Lyon and absolute peace and quiet. On clear days, you can enjoy a magnificent distant view of Mont Blanc accompanied by a stunning sunset.
Whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, a group of four, or a group of six—for leisure or business—this apartment is at your complete disposal.
The apartment consists of:
- A very bright living room equipped with a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed featuring a real mattress that offers the same comfort as a bed, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi).
- A large, modern, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony: gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, etc.
- A bathroom with a relaxing atmosphere.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM on the day of your departure (I can be flexible with the times—please contact me in advance)
