You will stay in a lovely area in Caluire-et-Cuire, the closest city to Lyon, situated 5 mn by bus or by car from the center of Lyon and Hotel de Ville metro.

Nice 32m² studio 100% independant inside a splendid ancient house of exception and a calm and wooded property, the studio Gab's is a perfect option for 2 persons. It has been nicely refurbished with an amazing yellow and indian-styled decoration, this is a real welcoming and cosy place

It comes with quality equipments such as a comfortable 140*200 double bed, a beautiful modern bathroom with a large shower, a fully equipped little kitchen and a private terrace overlooking the interior of the property, it is the best option for a touristic stay to discover Lyon, for a business trip or a romantic weekend.
Free WIFI connection available.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, Nespresso, microwave...).
Sheets and towels are included.

Into the apartment, you will have access to the Traveller's Guide which contains all necessary information for a best stay (WIFI code, notices, restaurants we recommend...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a secured keybox on the apartment's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Possibility to park inside the property for 15€/day supplement.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team.

No noise after 10PM please. According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

IMPORTANT : during periods of the year with higher risks of non authorised parties with potential damages (New Year's eve, Halloween, National Holiday...), an exceptional 500€ credit card deposit will be requested prior to your stay (Airbnb reservations included). There will be no possibility to have access to the apartment if the deposit wasn't paid before the stay begins. Thanks for your understanding.
