At the very heart of Presqu'île, this charming 21m² studio is situated on the 2nd floor (with an elevator) of a typical Lyon's building fully renovated, and a few minutes walk from Cordeliers metro station.

This cosy and modern 21m² apartment comes with a nice dining area with an equipped kitchen and a large table to enjoy good dinners, or to work in a calm atmosphere. The night area is equipped with a comfortable double 140*190 bed and a flat screen TV on the wall. You will enjoy too a nice modern bathroom with a large shower.

Fiber wifi available. Sheets and towels are provided.
We provide you too with convenience products (rice, pasta, coffee, tea...).

The access to the apartment is 100% independant and secured thanks to a safe keybox. Checkin is from 3PM and checkout up to 11AM maximum.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
