At the heart of the vibrant Monplaisir neighborhood, this charming 35m² apartment is situated on the third floor (with an elevator) of a modern building and a few minutes walk from Monplaisir metro D station.

This modern and cosy flat come with a nice living room with a sofa bed and an HD TV, as well as a nice cosy balcony overlooking the inner yard. You will find too a nice bright fully equipped kitchen, a calm bedroom with a 140*190 bed, and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilets.

WIFI available. Sheets and towels are provided.
We provide you too with convenience products (rice, pasta, coffee, tea...).

The access to the apartment is 100% independant and secured thanks to a safe keybox. Checkin is from 3PM and checkout up to 11AM maximum.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18E/person for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
Example : if 2 persons wish to use the 2 double beddings, the extra cost is 18€/stay.
