Single level studio, on lovely property totally enclosed, with swimming pool and wonderful garden on edge of the international golf course of La Tour de Salvagny. Nearby : cities of Lyon & L'Arbresle, A89 motorway, Techlid (economic hub), Casino 'Le Lyon Vert'. On property : owner's - Maria Eugenia - house (the main house) and two separate lodgings (including this studio) hidden in leafy setting at the back. Entrance into the kitchen area, sleeping area (160cm bed, desk, armchair). Shower room with wc. Cleaning service at the end of stay included in rent. Shared laundry room at disposal in owner's home (separate access). Outdoors : large private terrace (partially sheltered) with views of the swimming pool, barbecue, garden furniture, private parking area. Shared swimming pool available in season (bath towels supplied), trampoline, table tennis, crocket. Maria Eugenia, a passionate of gardening, will have pleasure to take you around the property and make you learn about the numerous flowers (peonies, roses, ...). Park of Lacroix Laval 5 km away.
