Great location and staff! So nice to be able to walk to restaurants within 5 or 10 minutes. The hotel was pretty quiet although I did hear some street noise. Room was small but adequate. Lyon is pricey though.

Friendly & efficient check-in despite not arriving until after 23:00hrs. Clean, modern room with excellent air conditioning on 4th floor overlooking the rear of the building so nice and quiet. Breakfast looked good but didn't have the opportunity to try as meeting up with other family members at different locations. Would happily return to stay again.

Perfect location to walk between all tourist locations. The bed was comfy and the room clean. The option for breakfast was so convenient. I honestly cannot think of any complaints. One should know it was a little unexpected to have a bathtub with a shower head option and no shower curtain. We were challenged to keep the floor from getting very wet, not something we are used to as Americans. This should not stop you from booking your stay, all else was great.

Our whole experience was very good. The staff were superb. My very small grip was the room and bathroom was in the eaves so we had to beware to mind our heads. I am 5'9 and my husband is 6'1. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.
