The hotel is in an interesting location, seemingly uninviting at first, but after a day or two, once you become familiar with it and its surroundings, it proves to be an excellent choice for anyone attending a conference at the nearby Lyon Convention Center. The staff are kind, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Check in was easy, room was large and had all amenities I needed. Shower was nice and powerful. Breakfast was buffet style, fresh pastries and had nice tea's. TV I couldn't connect to the internet but wasn't really an issue. Not the best view of a train track and overhead bridge but didn't bother.

In many ways, it was a nice stay, with clean and pleasant rooms and breakfast. BUT slept absolutely horrible, because of really high temperatures in the rooms, that you couldn't adjust. We were 4 people in 3 different rooms, that all had the same issue. When asking in the reception, they simply told us that the AC system was not turned on that early in the year, and our only option was to open the windows at night, - but with traffic noise and mosquito's, that wasn't an unproblematic suggestion either.....

La chambre n'était pas propre les moquettes dans le hall et dans la chambre étaient sales la télévision ne marche pas nous l'avons signalé à la réception il le savait mais il ne l a range ils nous ont dit qu'ils étaient au courant mais ne faisait rien la porte de la salle de bain avec des traces de doigts elle était pas nettoyé et les recharges de savon n'était pas en charge il y avait rien du tout. Nous sommes habitués aux hôtel Ibis qui normalement sont très bien mais celui-là nous a déçu franchement ça ne vaut pas le prix que nous avons payé.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Idéalement situé à proximité du Centre des Congrès de Lyon, l’accès à pied est particulièrement agréable grâce à la promenade dans le parc environnant. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la grande réactivité et le professionnalisme de l’équipe, qui a répondu très rapidement à ma demande de changement de chambre. Un établissement que je recommande vivement pour son emplacement, la qualité de son accueil et son sens du service.
