The location was ideal, easy walking to shopping, restaurants, metro and bus stops. I really liked that there was staff 24 hours and they were very helpful. I was facing the avenue and it was extremely noisy, and it wasn't even summer. Other than the noise, I was very happy with my stay.

This is a very good and quiet hotel in a pedestrian street and very convenient for visiting all the historic sites and shops in the city centre. Highly recommended - we stayed there twice on our way to and from Dijon.

Hôtel idéalement placé près de la Place Bellecour, à 15 min à pied du Vieux Lyon. Rue piétonne calme, beaucoup d'activités et restaurants à proximité. Petit déjeuner très abordable et varié (viennoiseries, oeufs, charcuteries, fromages, céréales, fruits, yaourts). Lits confortables et chambre familiale très spacieuse pour 4. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Staff was great and the property is close to the old Lyon and many restaurants as well as shops. The only thing which was a let down was the smelly pillows and pillow cases. The smell was quite terrible. I did ask for clean (new) pillow cases but they also smelled. I am unsure what is used to wash the bed linen, but PLEASE do something about it. I had to put one of my tops on my pillow to sleep :(
