The minute we walked in my wife tried to close the bathroom door and a piece of metal fell on her head. They gave us another room. Other than that, everything else was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room they gave us was comfortable enough.

La chambre était très bien confortable, sauf que le sol était un peu froid, mais c'était lié au fait que j'étais au rez-de-chaussée. Personnel au top très disponible. Petit déjeuner très complet et bon. Hôtel très bien placé me concernant avec Lyon pas très loin en voiture et centre commercial à 2 minutes. A recommander sans hésiter.

Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre est petite, on voit qu’elle est rénovée, c’est pas « parfait » mais plus que convenable. Nous sommes allés au centre de Lyon en Tram, qui est à 10min de l hôtel à pied.
