Large renovated house including both 2 other lodgings rented by the year (upstairs) & 1 adjoining gîte for 6 people (3 bedrooms). Single level accommodation for 5 people, light & airy, comfortable & well equipped. Ground floor : entrance in large living room (kitchen, dining, lounge areas, single sofa/bed, armchairs, large screen TV). Shower room. WC. Laundry room (washing machine). 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in each). Bed linen & towels supplied at no extra charge. Cot & high chair available on request. Outdoors : enclosed private garden at the back (being laid out, direct access from living room), large shared and enclosed courtyard (gate) with parking for 2-3 cars. The 2 gites can be booked jointly for family gathering (11 people).
